Instructions on how to install a league file

 Step 1:  Download the league file sent out each week and save it to the following folder:

                C:\Program Files\Second And Ten V4\Backup

                Do NOT unzip it...I repeat do NOT unzip it yourself.  Just save it.

 Step 2:  Open up SAT and click on SEASON TOOLS and choose to RESTORE SEASON

 Step 3:  Choose the restore file that you just downloaded then click RESTORE

 Step 4:  To verify that it restored correctly check your SEASON lists.

 Step 5 (Optional):  As a best practice you should RESET your league file or delete it prior to RESTORING the new file
