SUPER DOME, NOLA (AP)- 88-CIN 41, 85-DAL 21, The game was a slug fest in the first half with both teams scoring and putting up some great offensive numbers, but the second half belonged to the Bengals as Cincinnati scored four unanswered touchdowns to win 41-21 in New Orleans.

Congratulations to both coaches for a wonderful season.  Dallas Coach, Dave Anderson piloted Dallas to the Super Bowl after a 1-3 start.  Dave, himself, reached his second consecutive Super Bowl as he guided the 1980 Eagles to the Early 80's championship.

Bob Kalec took on all comers and lost only 1 game enroute to the Late 80's championship.  In the end the combination of an excellent coach + an excellent offensive team is almost impossible to beat.  Congratulations once again...see you in September !  Contributed by Bob Kalec and Distantreplay
